At The Half Crown, we ensure your valuable coins reach you safely and efficiently.

Dispatch & Processing

Shipping Days: We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Dispatch Time: All items are dispatched within 1-2 business days once your payment has cleared and the order is accepted. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)

Courier Service: For your peace of mind, all items are sent via NZ Post Courier, signature required*. This service includes comprehensive tracking and insurance for your purchase.

Delivery Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once your item has been shipped within New Zealand. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your NZ Post tracking number. You can use this number on the NZ Post website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

*Please note, if you have an authority to leave in place your item will be delivered in accordance with that authority.
