Refund policy
At The Half Crown, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Disagreement with grade
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us straight away. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.
If the error is on our part, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
